MY ROLE
I was part of the pitch team and responsible for the experience strategy and design of the iOS app. Deliverables included a high fidelity mockup and interactive prototype.
THE CHALLENGE
Design a mobile app that can be easily personalized to reflect the customer's interests. Create engagement and reward loyalty through data-driven customized offers. I put a lot of effort into including only the most important features while cutting potentially unnecessary ones.

THE EXECUTION
This was a great exercise in user flow and interaction design. The plan was to roll it out quickly in order to collect feedback and refine the app to better serve their customers in later updates.
